At Energy Wise Solutions we are deeply invested in the belief that Knowledge is Power. A combination of worldwide factors means that we must do many things much more wisely than we have in the past. The key to understanding what must be done and how to do it best can only come from education.
Our goal is to provide a portion of that necessary education on a regular basis at an affordable price. Our educational focus is on making our buildings safer, healthier, comfortable, durable, and as energy efficient as possible. A few courses are aimed at specialists, but most are designed to be accessible to almost anyone.

Building Science Fundamentals - Oct. 1
As we make buildings more efficient by reducing air leaks and insulating better, it is easy to make small mistakes that lead to big problems, primarily ones that reduce safety, comfort and durability. Among the most important tools needed are a thorough understanding of Building Science and how the House Works as a System.
This first course in our series on building high performance homes, or Green Building, is an in-depth look at Building Science Fundamentals. The course goal is to provide you with the knowledge of how a House Works as a System, so that you may work smarter and increase your income by building better.
What really is Green Building? - Oct. 2
Green Building specialists generally agree that there are about a half dozen categories of activities that need to be considered when planning a Green Building project. Many projects fall short in some of these categories, and certainly some are more important than others. This course from our series on building high performance homes will look at all the segments of these categories.
The course goal is to help you understand more about the many facets to Green Building, and that in order to truly fulfill our mandate to build better buildings, all of them must be considered.
